Aunt Mary'S Lemon Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small clove garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon (dry)
    2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 medium stalks celery, sliced
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Cook and stir onion and garlic in oleo until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, except parsley.
    Heat to boiling, stirring once or twice.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 14 minutes.
    Do not lift cover or stir.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in parsley lightly with fork.
    Cover and let steam for 5 to 10 minutes.
