Rice For Lubee(No. 1 Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    3/4 c. rosamarina
    1/3 c. butter
    salt to taste
    water to cover rice, 1/4-inch
Preparation
    Soak rice in warm water for about 1 hour, rinse and drain. Melt butter in a kettle and add rosamarina.
    Stir until golden brown, add rice, stirring gently until rice is glazed.
    Add cold water to cover over rice 1/4-inch.
    Salt to taste and cook over low fire in covered kettle until water is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Gently turn rice over, once when completely done.
