Almond Crescents - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. ground almonds
1 2/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix until smooth butter, sugar and almonds.
Add flour and salt.
Refrigerate for easy handling.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls, then shape into crescents.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 12 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
Cool slightly and while cookies are warm, sift or toss in confectioners sugar.
