Crunchy Bake Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 oz. cornflakes, crushed
1 tsp. sesame seed
1/2 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
3 oz. uncooked chicken cutlets, pounded thin
1 tsp. skim milk
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
Brush chicken with skim milk; coat with cornflake mixture.
Place in nonstick baking dish.
Dot chicken with margarine and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
