Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 can mashed tomatoes
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cut cabbage into 6 pieces and boil in water 15 minutes.
Dip out in greased casserole dish.
Mix onion, bell pepper, sugar, salt and pepper and spread over cabbage.
Add tomatoes and sprinkle cheese over all.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
