Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine, melted and divided
    2 pkg. cornbread mix (8 1/3 oz.)
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs; add cottage cheese, broccoli and onions. Add 6 tablespoons margarine and cornbread mix and beat well. Pour remaining margarine in a 9 x 12 ovenproof pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until golden brown. Cut into squares.
