Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) chicken
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cook chicken; cut into bite size pieces.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Mix broth and undiluted soup together in saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Mix flour, margarine and buttermilk; spoon batter over chicken mixture.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
