Raisin Pie Filling Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. raisins
    3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
    Fold in raisins.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with topping.
    Bake on top rack at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
