Eggplant Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    parsley, pepper and salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. fresh dill or a few shakes of dried dill
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk
Preparation
    Broil eggplant on both sides; peel and drain.
    Mash with buttermilk and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
    Add garlic and seasonings.
    Chill.
