Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated zucchini
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. grated carrot
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
    1 stick (1/2 c.) melted butter
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onion in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add carrot, sour cream and cream of mushroom soup to zucchini and remove from heat.
    Mix Stove Top stuffing and butter and add a little water to moisten.
    Put 1/2 stuffing mixture in 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Next, pour zucchini mixture in.
    Top with rest of stuffing mix. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
