Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large boiled potatoes, diced
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. onion, diced
Preparation
    Mix all and put in 9 x 12-inch casserole.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Partially fry 1/2 pound bacon and cut up.
    Place bacon on top.
    Also, may place 1/4 cup sliced olives on top, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
