Godfather Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can Rotel, diced
    3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
    3 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 thin slices thin boiled ham
    6 slices mozzarella cheese
    1 med jar Ragu sauce
Preparation
    Combine eggs, Rotel, bread crumbs, garlic, salt and pepper with ground beef; mix well.
    On waxed paper, flatten meat into a rectangle.
    Arrange ham and cheese on top of meat, leaving 1 inch margin.
    Carefully roll meat using waxed paper to lift.
    Seal edges and ends well.
    Place roll, seam side down, in a 9x13 inch dish. Place additional slices of cheese on top and pour Ragu over meat loaf.
    Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour until done.
    (Cover loosely to prevent spattering.)
