Chestnut Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    8 c. bread cubes, toasted in oven
    5 c. chestnuts (canned or fresh), coarse chopped
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth, heated
    2 c. onions
    2 tsp. rubbed sage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
    Add onions and saute until tender, but not brown.
    Stir remaining ingredients, except broth, over mixture.
    Toss lightly with a fork to moisten. Makes 14 servings, about 140 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
