Mexican Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. tomatoes, peeled and quartered
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. garlic, chopped
    3 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    4 Tbsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 oz. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in heavy pot; simmer to desired thickness. Put in sterile jars.
    Seal and water bath for 15 minutes.
