Holiday Sweet Potato Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can coconut almond frosting
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and mash.
    Add all other ingredients except marshmallows.
    mix well.
    Pour into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows.
    Bake about 5 minutes or until brown.
