Asparagus Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cooked al dente
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onions
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation

Place the asparagus in a shallow greased baking dish. Combine the red pepper, mayonnaise, cheese and green onion.
Fold the beaten egg whites into the other ingredients and spread over the asparagus.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until heated through.
