Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. spaghetti
1/4 c. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
dash of pepper
3 c. cubed chicken
4 1/2 oz. jar mushrooms
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1 c. grated Mozzarella
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook spaghetti as directed; set aside. In Dutch oven, melt margarine.
Stir in flour.
Add chicken broth and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in half and half, sherry, parsley, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
Toss chicken, mushrooms and spaghetti into sauce. Put 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese into this mix.
