Batter Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Simmer 1 (2 to\t2 1/2 pound) frying chicken (cut up) in lightly salted water for 20 minutes.
    Drain.
    Sprinkle chicken pieces lightly with
    salt.\tCoat
    with
    butter
    and set aside. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt;
    set aside.
