Hominy And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (16 oz.) cans whole white hominy, drained and rinsed
1 (12 oz.) can white Shoepeg corn, drained
salt and pepper to taste
1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies, drained
butter (about 2 Tbsp.)
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded process American cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Layer in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish 1/3 of the hominy and 1/3 of the corn. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons chilies. Dot with butter and 4 more tablespoons sour cream.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of both cheeses.
Repeat layers 2 times.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 12.
