Peg'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes, diced
    1 onion, diced or 2 ramps per potato, diced
    1 c. raw broccoli, diced (if you use onion; do not use broccoli if you use ramps)
    2 celery sticks, diced
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 pt. half and half
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Cover vegetables with water; boil to near dry (do not dry). Add remaining seasonings. Semi-mash and add half and half and milk. Heat to simmer. Sprinkle with paprika.
