Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease pan or miniature cupcake pan.
    Mix all ingredients together, then spread in pan.
    Bake until golden brown, approximately 25 minutes.
    Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
    (Can be served hot or cold.)
    Makes about 4 dozen.
