Mexican Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. yellow cream-style corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 green onions, according to size (blades and all)
    1 medium green sweet pepper, chopped
    3 to 6 jalapeno hot peppers or to taste
    1 or 2 Tbsp. hot pepper juice (add if needed)
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients (except cheese) with buttermilk and oil.
    Add water, if needed.
    Pour 1/2 of ingredients in greased skillet.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Pour rest of ingredients in. Sprinkle a small amount of cheese on top, if desired.
    Bake until done.
