Blintz Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 16 blintzes (I use \"Golden\" brand frozen and I combine fruit and cheese)
6 large eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar (optional)
1/3 c. melted butter (optional)
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Layer blintzes.
Whisk together and pour over blintzes:
eggs, sour cream, orange juice, vanilla, sugar and butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
