Crock-Pot Barbecue - cooking recipe

4 to 5 lb. pork roast
1 medium onion, sliced
6 to 8 cloves
2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) bottle hickory smoke or mesquite barbecue sauce
Preparation

Simmer roast, onion and cloves in water in crock-pot for 10 to 12 hours.
