Beer-Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1/2 loaf rye bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
    vegetables of choice
    cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
Preparation
    In saucepan cook garlic in butter until garlic begins to brown.
    Discard garlic.
    Stir flour and mustard into butter.
    Add beer.
    Cook and stir until bubbly.
    Stir in Worcestershire sauce; gradually stir in cheese until melted.
    Transfer to fondue pot. Spear bread, vegetables or meat on fondue forks.
    Swirl in fondue to coat.
    Serves 6.
