Yaki Mon Du(Korean Egg Rolls) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 cups cabbage
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup carrots, shredded
1/2 cup soy sauce
Won Ton Wrappers
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Do not drain meat.
Add chopped cabbage, chopped onion, and shredded carrots.
Add soy sauce.
Cook on low to medium heat.
(Be sure to place lid on pot.)
Cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Turn on low heat.
Cook another 15 minutes.
Add more soy sauce if needed.
Place 2 Tbsp. of meat mixture into each won ton wrapper.
Seal wrapper by brushing water on sides of wrapper and then press together.
Press down the whole wrapper.
Deep fry until it floats.
