Chocolate Brownie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Prepare shell and chill.
    Melt butter and chocolate in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
    Pour into a medium size bowl. Cool slightly. Add eggs, sugar and corn syrup.
    Beat with rotary beater until well blended. Stir in vanilla and pecans.
    Pour into shell. Top with ice cream or whipped cream.
