Basic Pie Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    7-9 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt in bowl.
    Cut in margarine until like coarse meal.
    Add water, a little at a time until pastry forms balls.
    Two balls form flat circles, one inch thick.
    Refrigerate one hour, cover first.
