Evan'S Extra Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained
4 c. tomato-basil sauce (1 jar)
10 uncooked lasagna noodles
15 oz. Ricotta or cottage cheese
2 1/2 c. (10 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Stir beef and pasta sauce together. Spread 1/3 of meat sauce in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Layer 5 noodles, half of Ricotta cheese and half of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Spread remaining meat sauce over Mozzarella cheese. Slowly pour 1/2 cup of hot water around inside edge of baking pan. Cover with heavy-duty aluminum foil or lid. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes. Uncover. Bake 10 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
