Carolina Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring to boil, margarine, cocoa and water.
    In bowl, mix together eggs, buttermilk, vinegar, soda and vanilla. Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
    Add to milk mixture.
    Add cocoa mixture and mix well.
    Pour batter into greased and floured jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch) pan and bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
