Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, grated
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on before baking.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
