Mexican Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 to 2 pkg. taco seasoning to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 to 2 pkg. corn tortilla shells (soft), cut in half
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain off fat.
    Add taco seasoning and enough water to moisten mixture.
    Mix soups and sauce together. Melt Monterey Jack cheese and Velveeta cheese together.
    In a 9 x 12-inch pan, layer as follows:
    1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 tortilla shells, 1/2 soup and sauce mixture and 1/2 melted cheese.
    Repeat layers and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese browns.
