Texas Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or oil
    4 cloves minced garlic
    6 ribs celery, diced
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    4 (10 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 large carrots, diced
    1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
    2 (10 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 pkg. tostados or corn tortillas
    sour cream (for garnish)
    avocados (for garnish)
    grated Cheddar cheese (for garnish)
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic, carrots, celery and meat in oil.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Combine seasonings and flour; add to sauteed mixture. Stir.
    Heat chicken broth.
    Add tomatoes and rest of ingredients, except tostados and garnishes.
    Simmer 1 hour.
