Apple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar or less
    1/2 lb. cheese (Velveeta or Cheddar), grated
    3/4 c. flour
    1 can sliced apples (not pie filling), drained
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add cheese and cream well.
    Add flour gradually
    at
    low speed.
    Butter casserole dish and put in apples.
    Cover with cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
