Lemon Butter Sauce(For Fish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
    1/8 tsp. grated lemon rind
    pinch of salt
    pinch of white pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Do not allow to boil.
    Serve over fish.
