German Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. shortening
2 tsp. butter flavoring
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. German sweet chocolate
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each egg.
Add buttermilk and flavorings; mix and add dry ingredients, mixing well.
Melt chocolate over double boiler. Add to cake mix and blend.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
After turning out of pan, put a powdered sugar frosting glaze over it or eat plain.
