Summer Squash And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil or 1 tsp. dried
    1 c. sliced onion
    4 c. sliced yellow squash or zucchini
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place butter, onion, squash, salt, pepper and basil in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and microwave on High 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes and microwave on High 2 to 6 minutes.
    Top with cheese and allow casserole to stand several minutes until cheese is melted.
