Catfish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. white pepper
2 c. flour
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. sage
1 egg
Preparation

Mix seasoning together.
Mix milk and egg together.
Season fish and dip into milk mixture.
Coat well.
Heat oil and fry fish until golden brown.
