Cinnamon Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
6 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Chop chocolates and put in medium bowl.
Combine butter, sugar, corn syrup and 1 tablespoon water in saucepan.
Boil until sugar dissolves, 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir sugar mixture into chocolate until completely melted.
Let cool slightly.
Mix together the flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Stir vanilla into chocolate mixture.
Beat in eggs.
Stir in flour mixture until just combined.
Stir in pecans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
