Amazing Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Grease and flour tube pan.
Mix all but the last 3 ingredients in large bowl; beat 2 minutes low speed.
Stir in apples, raisins and walnuts. Pour into pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
