Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf sandwich bread
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    3 c. shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread.
    Butter each slice and cut into strips.
    Toss bread, green onions and chopped, hard-boiled eggs together and refrigerate overnight.
