Stuffed Boulangers(Eggplant) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium boulangers (eggplants)
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. chopped herb
seasonings to taste
2 tsp. piquant sauce
2 Tbsp. fat (shortening, butter or margarine)
dried bread crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Boil boulangers (eggplant) until tender. Season meat to taste, adding all ingredients.
Divide boulangers in half; remove pulp and crush finely.
Do not destroy outer skin. Cook meat and add pulp in fat.
Return meat filling to skins, reshaping neatly.
Sprinkle with dried crumbs.
Place on greased baking sheet and bake until brown.
