Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. sausage or 1/2 lb. uncooked hot and 1/2 lb. uncooked regular
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix biscuit mix and shredded cheese.
Work sausage into mixture with hands.
Form into small balls.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
To bake, place on cookie sheet in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
