Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sauerkraut
2 apples, grated
1 large onion, sliced
3 to 5 lb. pork roast or thick chops or country style spareribs
Preparation

Put all ingredients into a Dutch oven or large pot.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or even longer.
