Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cream, whipped
    1 small head cabbage
    3 slices bacon
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    juice from 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    paprika
    lettuce
Preparation
    Wash and shred cabbage.
    Cut bacon in small pieces and brown. Add sugar, lemon juice, cream and mayonnaise.
    Mix thoroughly through cabbage.
    Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with mayonnaise and paprika.
