Plain Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    3 c. white bread flour
    2 tsp. active dry yeast
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Allow to rise.
    Divide the dough into 2 pieces; roll each piece to fit a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
    Place dough on pizza pan and pinch the dough around the edges to form a small rim.
    Spread with favorite sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
    Makes two 12-inch pizzas.
