Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sirloin beef
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. white wine (optional)
Preparation
    Trim fat from heat and cut in 1/2-inch strips.
    Heat butter in large frying pan.
    Add meat, onion and mushrooms to butter.
    Saute over high heat until meat is nicely browned.
    Add seasonings.
    Add cream of mushroom soup.
    Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Do not boil.
    Serve with cooked egg noodles or rice.
