Easy Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. blueberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0
    (350\u00b0 if glass pan).
    Scatter berries on bottom of 10 x
    6 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar and salt.
    Add egg and vanilla.
    Mix with fork until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over berries.
    Drizzle with margarine.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    Keeps well, covered, in refrigerator.
    Can be frozen and makes 6 to 8 servings.
