Coconut-Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend milk, sugar, butter and egg in saucepan.
    Place over medium heat.
    Cook and stir until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil and stir 2 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Add coconut, pecans and vanilla.
    Cool until spreading consistency, stirring occasionally.
