Apple Nut Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. almond extract
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 c. diced raw apples
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar gradually, beating in each addition thoroughly.
    Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Stir into egg mixture.
    Add the almond extract, chopped walnuts and diced apples.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour the batter into a well-greased glass 8-inch square baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
